Paxton will be exhibiting at The Security Event from 25th to 27th April. This is their first time attending the event, showcasing their recently launched Paxton Rewards programme. Visitors to Paxton’s stand, # 4/K60, will also be the first to experience their soon-to-be-released door entry app.
Dan Drayton, Paxton’s Divisional Director of Sales – EMEA regions, said: “The Security Event is at a geographic location where we have not exhibited for some time. We have a wide customer base across the country, so we really look forward to having the opportunity to engage with installers and show them our technologies at the event.”
The new door entry app
Paxton’s developers have been working on an eagerly anticipated new door entry app which will be available later this year. Visitors to Paxton’s stand at TSE will be the first to see the app.
Dan says: “The Paxton Entry app will integrate smart devices with our door entry products, enabling users to answer calls with their phones. This will be a great feature addition to our Entry series and will enhance the customer experience.”
Paxton Rewards
New to Paxton’s offerings this year is Paxton Rewards, their brand-new installer loyalty programme. It rewards installers for participating in training, purchasing Paxton products, and completing other activities.
Dan says: “Installers will get to see the upgraded Paxton Installer app and rewards in action, further understanding the benefits behind the programme.
“By building their points, customers can redeem them for Paxton products, branded items, and Amazon vouchers. The higher tier they achieve, the more they will unlock, including bonus points, exclusive benefits, and elevated listings on our website.”
Security solutions demonstrations
Visitors to the Paxton stand will also get to experience the diverse range of access control solutions at their specially designed demonstration areas. These include their flagship access control system Net2, online access control and video management software Paxton10, their Entry products, and PaxLock wireless door handles.
Dan says: “We believe in making security technology simple. The best way for our customers to understand our values is through demonstrating and providing customers with opportunities to get hands on with the software and hardware.”
Alongside product demonstrations, installers who sign up at TSE for Paxton’s in-person training will be automatically entered into daily draws for a chance to win an ultimate installer kit which includes useful Paxton branded items.
That’s not all. Paxton strives to advance their products and services based on real-time customer feedback. Visitors to the stand will be invited to take part in a short, on-stand survey, and they will be entered a prize draw.
