Mayflex, the distributor of Converged IP Solutions, has appointed Richard Townsend in the role of account manager for Converged Technology with an emphasis on IP Security.
Richard joins Mayflex from Comelit where he served as a Business Development Manager. Prior to that he has worked at Kidde Safety as an Area Sales Manager.
Francesco Bellavia, Director of Sales for Security at Mayflex, commented, "We are delighted to welcome Richard to the team. With his experience in the fire and security market, he understands the typical requirements of our customer base. Additionally, he will offer a full suite of infrastructure products from Excel to provide customers with a total installation solution."
